The Solar Power Revolution Started In The Suburbs…And Now It’s Everywhere!

A quarter of Australia’s household has installed rooftop solar power systems in recent years to offset the increasing cost of electricity

It all started in the suburbs when Australian households started installing rooftop solar PVs and have led the renewable energy revolution. Now, business establishments, big or small are following this trend as electricity prices go up every year as reported by ABC News.

At present, a SunWiz research has found business solar installations have gone up 60% within the last 18 months. The research came out as politicians continue to argue what kind of power source will ensure the country’s future energy supply.
